NetDoctor.co.uk is a UK source of information about diseases/conditions and medications, as well as advice articles. Generally written in easy to understand terms.
RxList.com is a source of in-depth information about medications, including chemical composition and the prevalence of side effects. US based, so some medications have different names and a few aren't listed, but a resource in a league of its own all the same.
Drug Digest's Medication Interaction Checker is an online tool enabling the cross referencing of two or more medications to check for known interactions of importance.
